The Brickworks

The Brickworks is a world class logistics and warehousing hub, developed by Investec Property as part of the growth and reinvigoration of business opportunities strategically located between Riverhorse Valley and Greater uMhlanga. The development is positioned to become one of South Africa’s most pivotal logistics and distribution hubs due to its superior location and access.

One of the critical factors that sets The Brickworks apart is that it sits at the entry and exit trade point for most of Southern Africa’s imports and exports. From the old Corobrik factory site, a new future space of logistics, warehousing and exponential growth was created. The Brickworks will be developed over three phases and will include more than 450 000 m2 of GLA, at an estimated value of R6-billion.
