Despite a higher-than-usual number of rainy days experienced in the precinct this month, work has progressed steadily. Contractors and subcontractors have maintained safe and efficient operations, ensuring that development timelines remain largely unaffected. Structural and installation work continues across all sites, reflecting the coordinated efforts of the various teams operating within the estate.
2 Projects Nearing Structural Completion
Two of the three developments are on schedule to reach structural completion by the end of April 2026. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the transformation of the precinct.
