All Scheduled Maintenance Completed – BMA Keeps Standards High

Cleaning, Greening & Maintenance

October saw consistent delivery across The Brickworks, with all scheduled maintenance projects completed and regular inspections confirming that the precinct remained in good overall condition.

BMA teams maintained their focus on the day-to-day details that keep The Brickworks clean, functional and well-presented. Perimeter and weed maintenance formed part of the month’s programme, alongside general precinct inspections and upkeep. This included:

  • Damaged boom gate attended to, with further main gate repairs identified
  • Diesel spill clean-up coordinated
  • Regular general and site inspections completed

Both pump houses were also routinely tested and confirmed to be in working condition, with diesel tanks filled to maintain operational readiness.

Development Sites Closer to Completion

Development activity continued to progress during the month, with active sites moving through their finalisation stages and minor works still underway.
