Construction and Development Update: Progressing Into 2025

Community & Sustainability

As we step into the new year, activity across The Brickworks precinct is gradually picking up following the annual construction shutdown. While many sites remained quiet in early January, several teams returned earlier in the month to resume operations.

Construction Progress and Rain Delays

Unpredictable weather has posed some challenges, with frequent rain delays keeping teams on their toes. Despite this, both RUBRO and WBHO have indicated that they are pushing ahead with their respective projects, aiming for completion within the first quarter of the year. Their goal is to hand over completed buildings to their clients for fit-outs, keeping developments on schedule.

Final Stages of Construction

Much of the active construction on-site has now moved into its later phases, with final preparations expected to continue through April and May. While rain has caused some setbacks, teams are maintaining momentum to ensure that deadlines are met and that the precinct’s ongoing developments align with the high standards of The Brickworks.

With construction advancing steadily, we look forward to seeing these projects reach completion and further contribute to the growth of our precinct. We will continue to provide updates as progress unfolds in the coming months.
