Verge Maintenance & Final Embankment Cut Completed
Verge maintenance remained ongoing throughout the precinct this month, with teams working to ensure visible areas along key roadways remained neat and well-kept. The final round of embankment grass cutting for 2025 was also completed. This important seasonal task ensures the precinct maintains a polished, professional appearance through the festive period and into the new year.
The next scheduled embankment maintenance is set for end January 2026, providing a clear maintenance cycle that aligns with seasonal growth and operational planning.
Boom Gates and Streetlights Installed Along Brickworks Way
A notable infrastructure upgrade this month was the installation of new boom gates and streetlights along Brickworks Way. These enhancements are designed to improve after-dark visibility, support better traffic management, and optimise security infrastructure.
The boom gates, strategically placed to slow vehicles, are expected to improve the accuracy of the number plate recognition (NPR) camera system and streamline entry and exit monitoring. The additional streetlights further ensure that visibility is improved across this key section of the precinct, boosting both safety and surveillance.
