From 9 September, the 2025 Annual Perception Survey will be live – and your feedback is essential. Every year, the Management Association conducts a precinct-wide Perception Survey to gain valuable insights from the people who work, and own property or businesses in the area. These insights guide how we maintain, manage, and plan for the precinct’s future.

What is the Annual Perception Survey?

The survey is a quick and easy way to share your views on the current state of the precinct – from how safe and clean it feels to how well infrastructure and communication are managed. It includes both ratings and open feedback, giving you the chance to be heard.

Why Your Feedback Matters

From security patrol hours and paving repairs to verge maintenance and cleaning, the work of the Management Association is shaped by the needs of its members and users. Your feedback helps:

  • Highlight what’s working well
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Strengthen motivation and accountability
  • Guide decision-making for future projects
  • Demonstrate member satisfaction (or concern)

Each response plays a part in building a better, safer, more efficient precinct.
