Three More Site Handovers Finalised

By the beginning of September, only one site remains unsold and undeveloped, an impressive indicator of the strong market interest and long-term potential of The Brickworks.

Wetland Rehabilitation Progress
Environmental rehabilitation efforts within the precinct are also moving ahead steadily. One key highlight is the ongoing construction of the dam wall as part of the wetland restoration programme. With this phase nearing completion, the next step will involve rerouting the river’s flow around the newly constructed wall.
Once diverted, the team will pour the concrete base to complete the centre of the dam—enhancing both ecological function and long-term flood resilience within the precinct.
