Consistency: 4 Key Maintenance Projects & Wayfinding Complete

Cleaning, Greening & Maintenance

This month delivered another consistent month of cleaning, greening, and maintenance (CGM) across The Brickworks precinct.

CGM: Cutting & Spraying on Track

The landscaping and maintenance team ensured all areas were maintained in line with the schedule. Verge maintenance along Brickworks Boulevard was a priority, with grass cutting and edging completed. Herbicide spraying also continued across the perimeter fence in hard-surface areas. Street cleaning has resulted in a noticeable improvement in overall cleanliness and presentation across the precinct roads.

4 Key Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair Projects

Wayfinding and road signage upgrades were completed along Brickworks Boulevard and Brickworks Way, improving navigation and enhancing safety for all users. Several other important maintenance interventions were addressed this month, including:

  • A water leak along Brickworks Boulevard was identified and reported for repair.
  • Sewer redirection works were completed.
  • Follow-ups on fibre ducting were conducted, with further coordination meetings scheduled to resolve outstanding matters.
  • Repairs to sections of the perimeter fence have been scheduled to maintain boundary integrity.

Alongside maintenance operations, development across the precinct continued to progress steadily.
