This month delivered another consistent month of cleaning, greening, and maintenance (CGM) across The Brickworks precinct.
CGM: Cutting & Spraying on Track
The landscaping and maintenance team ensured all areas were maintained in line with the schedule. Verge maintenance along Brickworks Boulevard was a priority, with grass cutting and edging completed. Herbicide spraying also continued across the perimeter fence in hard-surface areas. Street cleaning has resulted in a noticeable improvement in overall cleanliness and presentation across the precinct roads.

- Sewer redirection works were completed.
- Follow-ups on fibre ducting were conducted, with further coordination meetings scheduled to resolve outstanding matters.
- Repairs to sections of the perimeter fence have been scheduled to maintain boundary integrity.
