After a brief pause over the builders’ December shutdown period, construction activity in The Brickworks has resumed at full pace. All three active development sites are now progressing steadily, each having reached the roof sheeting and insulation phase—a major milestone that reflects strong project momentum.
Despite summer rainfall, minimal delays have been reported, and contractors across the precinct have been able to pick up where they left off with efficiency and consistency.
The changing skyline offers a visible sign of this transformation. As structural elements take shape, the estate continues to solidify its position as a well-located hub for logistics, warehousing, and commercial activity.
All developments currently remain on track for completion by late May or early June 2026, setting the stage for further business operations to launch within the precinct.
